Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acimex EV1-2016-065 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acopian products, including obsoleted and phased-out Activepower parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Acuity product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acopian such as the P015HP40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3011503 manufactured by Activepower and we are pleased to be able to service most Activepower systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS8160003 by Manufacturer Acuity as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Acopian Brand A6H2100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adept such as 1015245720 equipment made by Adept have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adept products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adept" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 41551812 made by Action-Instruments as well as the popular 1031054010REVD original spares produced by Adept

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 56382 by Acs-Technology-80 and 1015245720 spares by Adept are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10341 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept.
