Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adam ADAM-4013 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alerton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Afag product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alerton such as the ACM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 152237 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DK6 by Manufacturer Afag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand 1000NX167 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adstec such as DVGVMT5015 equipment made by Adstec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adstec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adstec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 46131 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 79850 original spares produced by Ai-Tek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CE1617161 by Aerotech and DVGVMT5015 spares by Adstec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1164BN04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Air.
