Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced Motion Controls DX15CS8J-PH2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aerotech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the 19A651280201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AEGModiconPNASB838032 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATS03005M5 by Manufacturer Aerotech as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASB875001 by Aeg and 10040 spares by Aec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
