Alpha Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Alpha SP100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Alpha SP100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SP100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SP100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Firestone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Firestone such as the W013589155 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 172966 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W3014M65EL by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dodge Brand TXT515 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dalton such as SP8020 equipment made by Dalton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dalton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dalton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 147299 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 9825 original spares produced by Valmet
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRA200531A by Rexnord and SP8020 spares by Dalton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
