Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alta Labs RH & RH/T HX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amplidan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 American-Megatrends product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the 2383ME47792 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34784085 manufactured by Amplidan and we are pleased to be able to service most Amplidan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AP4100AAV13 by Manufacturer American-Megatrends as well.

Spare units by Amprobe such as SMCAL1 equipment made by Amprobe have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 880SRC2 by Amatrol and SMCAL1 spares by Amprobe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
