Altera Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Altera Statix and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Altera Statix include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Statix if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Statix repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Answer-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anderson-Instrument-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aqua-Measure product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Answer-Engineering such as the 032B1083A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB005108101 manufactured by Anderson-Instrument-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Anderson-Instrument-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature bsp901 by Manufacturer Aqua-Measure as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ang Brand 21580425C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Laser-Engineering such as P1012301 equipment made by Applied-Laser-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Laser-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Laser-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8210D18 made by Asco as well as the popular 8042C055 original spares produced by Asco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAS41600 by Arnold-Muller-Amk and P1012301 spares by Applied-Laser-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 85MT5A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amatrol.
