Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anderson Negele NSK-358/0800/OI/H90/M12-EP-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amprobe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ao-Smith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Anritsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amprobe such as the 5023168D5023168D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JF1H091NHC30GB462 manufactured by Ao-Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most Ao-Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML93A by Manufacturer Anritsu as well.
