Andron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Andron BTL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Andron BTL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BTL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BTL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Api such as the M2323D6204AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A19501 manufactured by Anilam and we are pleased to be able to service most Anilam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMA71152000091 by Manufacturer Anilam as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Apc Brand 0GGPVIEWSX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Appleton such as EFK12 equipment made by Appleton have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available AF075S2P1 made by Apex-Dynamics as well as the popular SES3001136 original spares produced by Andron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
