Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Api-harowe R11-S01-F1A20A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Artos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arrow-Hart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Armstrong product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Artos such as the 920805 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RA332U manufactured by Arrow-Hart and we are pleased to be able to service most Arrow-Hart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PN134L0008 by Manufacturer Armstrong as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Applied-Motion Brand 2035XD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Motion such as 23Spur equipment made by Applied-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EF8308B41F made by Asco as well as the popular HT8215C83 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTCW12 by Artis and 23Spur spares by Applied-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPUVUvector Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aquionics.
