Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arista parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aps product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the ASB832016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADM1515AP manufactured by Arista and we are pleased to be able to service most Arista systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 015154100 by Manufacturer Aps as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Asahi-Engineering Brand IDX25C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 263C02D11 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 051394 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular 25208 original spares produced by Arburg
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACMn0150416 by Asb and 263C02D11 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AH34133U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arrow-Hart.
