Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the NQRS02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AOV3874 manufactured by Arc-o-vec and we are pleased to be able to service most Arc-o-vec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA20ARLR0A21 by Manufacturer Asco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ascom Brand IPBL1AA3D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 5650844 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5111981311 by Arvin-Diamond and 5650844 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
