Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Arrow Hart RA432U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rapid-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rdi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Raycon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rapid-Electric such as the PC74REVC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44PCA manufactured by Rdi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rdi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0221481008 by Manufacturer Raycon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Red-Lion Brand KDD00400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Radisys such as EPC7AM equipment made by Radisys have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IR1758MK2AED7004 by Raychem and EPC7AM spares by Radisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
