Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Artos Legacy 916BD2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asahi-Keiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the SNAU4133 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM132A2A151 manufactured by Asahi-Keiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Asahi-Keiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YT212001AL6 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance-Electric Brand 8132960D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arvin-Diamond such as 5146991046 equipment made by Arvin-Diamond have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT8215C83 by Asco and 5146991046 spares by Arvin-Diamond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
