Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asahi Keiki Co AM-122A-2A-15-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ashcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Astec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the QC1001325302074SD02L600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LPQ152 manufactured by Astec and we are pleased to be able to service most Astec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CEM3546T by Manufacturer Reliance-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Abb Brand QIXM105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asea such as 2668180443 equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASB802000 made by Modicon as well as the popular JS2993002K original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 685B696U01 by Asea and 2668180443 spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8060 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashe-Controls.
