Asc Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Asc HMD3000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Asc HMD3000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HMD3000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HMD3000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8210B7 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9120R32T by Ati and 4737AWY1X500S1 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
