Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asea EG315-1RP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic such as the SA275120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2K11B45000012 manufactured by Micon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA140120 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micon Brand CCR10181000375 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by C-P-Clare such as HGSM5284 equipment made by C-P-Clare have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire C-P-Clare products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "C-P-Clare" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 175183 made by Curtiss-wright-Controls as well as the popular HMCP150T4 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R485B1000 by Capp/usa and HGSM5284 spares by C-P-Clare are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC285115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic.
