Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bosch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the LA4059009Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20I4560S14C manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 822243003 by Manufacturer Bosch as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Binder Brand 4121407F00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as IS5100C01 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 51072 made by Boonton as well as the popular 80058551 original spares produced by Cognex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCD by Crouzet and IS5100C01 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
