Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Technology Inc. 05-01768 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avg-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avery parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Autotech-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avg-Automation such as the 100G8S1R8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A10197201 manufactured by Avery and we are pleased to be able to service most Avery systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASYM8251PLS by Manufacturer Autotech-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has B--R-Automation Brand 4PP152104331 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Avtron such as 1RM560 equipment made by Avtron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avtron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avtron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AZ5100A001 made by Biesse as well as the popular K663 original spares produced by Avtron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSH54 by Bb-Electronics and 1RM560 spares by Avtron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
