Our services for the Automotion IPS100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IPS100 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ball product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avio such as the FAM00225 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM769T8 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70200107 by Manufacturer Ball as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Axor-Industries Brand SSAX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as CEM769T5 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBC84621 by Axiomtek and CEM769T5 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BASN001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
