We service and repair Autotron RPT 360 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Autotron RPT 360 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RPT 360 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RPT 360 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL5T110Mo300PS103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL6A500M0100PFS115 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFEB1803NS10 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS12MPS1XBS4C by Balluff and BES516410 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
