Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crouzet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baumer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crouzet such as the RCD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25ESS4000M2ABZC8830EM18S manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FHDM16N5001S14 by Manufacturer Baumer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Banner Brand USE2824YI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Banner such as BME248A equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BIC005A made by Balluff as well as the popular FSF100A2001 original spares produced by Baumer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D100 by Dickson and BME248A spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS5100C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
