Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minarik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the CLCD022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRJ220A1K32 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM23001C by Manufacturer Minarik as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electro-craft Brand PDM10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bomac such as 12M03104 equipment made by Bomac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bomac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bomac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HI04T made by Keyence as well as the popular SJ300110HFU original spares produced by Hitachi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96013801 by Emerson and 12M03104 spares by Bomac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
