Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the 139282 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SUZ925QD manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTL5C10M078ZS32 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Baldor Brand ASR26504B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Banner such as MSDINT1 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 139283 made by Bailey as well as the popular BTL5E10M778PS32 original spares produced by Balluff
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IVUPTBI08 by Banner and MSDINT1 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
