Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baratron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barksdale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baratron such as the 122AA00100AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L1XH203SWS manufactured by Barksdale and we are pleased to be able to service most Barksdale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MiniArray by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bedienkonsole Brand 9001003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumer such as GI35270A148 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DSG made by Baumuller as well as the popular MSG4816A original spares produced by Banner-Engineering
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADM12I6460 by Baumer and GI35270A148 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZD18H440 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff.
