Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner Engineering SGR4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baumuller-Nurnberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bbc-Veritron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller-Nurnberg such as the BM4423ST10120003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 24577S manufactured by Baumann and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GABU551 by Manufacturer Bbc-Veritron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Baumuller Brand 30123HS0200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Beckhoff such as AM30230C410000 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25DSSCW8GC28V by Bei and AM30230C410000 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LA32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Barden.
