We service and repair Barix BARIONET-100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Barix BARIONET-100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BARIONET-100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BARIONET-100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the MYCOMD250S35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BWO54326 manufactured by Barnes and we are pleased to be able to service most Barnes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20819473DSCG071K64U385 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Basler Brand BA1344 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baumuller such as BUM60081654B001BUM60VC0A0001 equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1S109 by Barrington-Automation and BUM60081654B001BUM60VC0A0001 spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
