Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Barrington Automation Stage Guide Rod parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bautz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bauer such as the 3719054V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX34007 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 213437D200B038L2 by Manufacturer Bautz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Baumer Brand CH8500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bauer such as BS0271VD04LA4 equipment made by Bauer have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available K2A31U made by Square-D as well as the popular MDRM18U9524 original spares produced by Baumer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 193490932 by Bauer and BS0271VD04LA4 spares by Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
