Binmaster Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Binmaster GRE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Binmaster GRE include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the GRE if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our GRE repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Briggs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brandless product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 822351007 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2504130 manufactured by Briggs and we are pleased to be able to service most Briggs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TNP8178 by Manufacturer Brandless as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bosch Brand 6304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Browning such as VFCS equipment made by Browning have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Browning products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Browning" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R05715695 made by Bosch-Rexroth as well as the popular XPTN30R original spares produced by Brooks
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGLS24064 by Brandless and VFCS spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 182X142MM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brandless.
