Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston Gear F718-10KZ-B5-J1-R0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued B--R-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bridgeport product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader B--R-Automation such as the 8LSA45E3060D0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FUB manufactured by Boston-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1933163 by Manufacturer Bridgeport as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Boston-Gear Brand F7245085H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bourns such as 3400S1201 equipment made by Bourns have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 5RK40GNCE made by Brook-Crompton as well as the popular 18399 original spares produced by Bridgeport

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 392557010 by Bristol and 3400S1201 spares by Bourns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
