Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bystronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chuo-Sigma-Koki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brown--Sharpe product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bystronic such as the 702120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LV671 manufactured by Chuo-Sigma-Koki and we are pleased to be able to service most Chuo-Sigma-Koki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM718A by Manufacturer Brown--Sharpe as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Charmilles Brand 108528760 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Canon such as R1 equipment made by Canon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Canon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Canon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QSD made by Carl-Baasel-Lasertech-(rofin) as well as the popular 9131574 original spares produced by Bystronic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV1016C000IHXX by Busch and R1 spares by Canon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
