Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Deif such as the SCM1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVME2604761IO manufactured by Freescale-Semiconductor and we are pleased to be able to service most Freescale-Semiconductor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRX8885 by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand NWFR85D200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPH2D100S2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCCB02 made by Abb as well as the popular P0913ED original spares produced by Foxboro
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NF3000G3 by Square-D and QPH2D100S2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
