Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Caterpillar 9120-020M-SIP-Q-2942 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 80500371 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5830TD250HLP manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS2100A2214 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.

Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as E57SAL30T110ED equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items.
