Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Exlar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the DDS02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QH42P manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR410602SFMEM2238 by Manufacturer Exlar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ls Brand SV008iG5A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Etel such as DSA1 equipment made by Etel have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available EzM42LA made by Ezi-servo as well as the popular FRA220E15KUL original spares produced by Mitsubishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESAY4080A2321 by Esa and DSA1 spares by Etel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
