Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gardasoft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 175B6002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PP612 manufactured by Gardasoft and we are pleased to be able to service most Gardasoft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRJ2S10A by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ320B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler such as AF93AG0C010D equipment made by Cutler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPRIV made by Lovejoy as well as the popular FEMLS7A1312 original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P900210 by Fast/rice-001a and AF93AG0C010D spares by Cutler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IQ2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electrocraft.
