Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Centro-matic 82570 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ci-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cimnet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 828179 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA200 manufactured by Ci-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Ci-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1322220 by Manufacturer Cimnet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Chessell Brand AC133315 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Century such as H887L equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 35330121GRevC made by Cincinnati as well as the popular 811072C original spares produced by Charmilles

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35313641a by Cincinnati and H887L spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35330128G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati.
