Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Chiba Precision MAN-D34R23B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cole-Parmer-Masterflex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computer-Boards-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Comnav-Marine-Ltd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cole-Parmer-Masterflex such as the 7300907730040751810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC104DAS08 manufactured by Computer-Boards-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Computer-Boards-Inc. systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand IS70521 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ckd such as WCU equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HST16W1 by Computer and WCU spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISM105001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
