Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Chroma 11022/11025/16502 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Clark product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Colman such as the A13371 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67EA1700AH8 manufactured by Cleco and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 74U14 by Manufacturer Clark as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ckd Brand STL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Compact such as SC163C equipment made by Compact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compact" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IS510000 made by Cognex as well as the popular DS1050R original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5525055H20D3M by Computer and SC163C spares by Compact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FR9600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cito-Control-Systems.
