Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the KV16T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GA4555P1 manufactured by Glentek and we are pleased to be able to service most Glentek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E01T by Manufacturer Koyo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hitachi Brand XDC24D2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as 58810400 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FX16EYTESSUL made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 849VPRR1000 original spares produced by Eurotherm
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KTC1001 by Kulicke--Soffa and 58810400 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
