Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clamco 235-14 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 82100042RC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCB005330003RevA manufactured by Cmd and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 825110251R by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand R00044 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Clark such as T77UO35 equipment made by Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Clark" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S3008M000000 made by Cmc as well as the popular 82503821R original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLCLE5504TAMP by Clipsal and T77UO35 spares by Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT2120060CG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cmc.
