We service and repair Cognex DM100X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cognex DM100X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DM100X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DM100X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A16B2201085403B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B2203008001A manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MX4000 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Danfoss Brand 192L0570 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datalogic such as ATS010 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G31348202 made by Rpm as well as the popular 7000207006 original spares produced by Ametek
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JD3250F by Cutler-hammer and ATS010 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISM1100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
