Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex IS5613-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leuze-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the LMS21130206 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCTI39D1BV1001AMCAA21J1BP9005A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSRL71328SE60100 by Manufacturer Leuze-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Automation-Direct Brand LCAB013002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Markem such as ME3509191E equipment made by Markem have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KVT4IP16CATUV by Black-Box and ME3509191E spares by Markem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KL8BLX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
