Comap Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Comap IGS-PTM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Comap IGS-PTM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IGS-PTM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IGS-PTM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Compair-Leroi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Conn-trols-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Compair-Leroi such as the 761038 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3000021 manufactured by Computrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Computrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2692B by Manufacturer Conn-trols-Inc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Continental Brand VS5M1AGB5HL168LJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cone-Drive such as SH035C1 equipment made by Cone-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone-Drive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NC101 made by Contraves as well as the popular CDEM1 original spares produced by Conair
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 801251080125 by Comptrol and SH035C1 spares by Cone-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
