Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Concepts SC3629 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intermec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intermec such as the T2455 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TE314168012 manufactured by Dold and we are pleased to be able to service most Dold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDMA3ADAR by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand SP502979 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Six-Net such as STAI10V08 equipment made by Six-Net have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKIIP31NAB065T12 by Semikron and STAI10V08 spares by Six-Net are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SIMMTECH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siebe.
