Control Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Control MaxAx100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Control MaxAx100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MaxAx100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MaxAx100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Melec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1DYN5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVS9321CPV003 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D5410 by Manufacturer Melec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand FRZ22022KUL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler such as Cutler equipment made by Cutler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASD24BA by Oriental and Cutler spares by Cutler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRJ2S20A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
