Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 119C9639P0001 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TFF425 by Manufacturer Futek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gigatronics Brand 16937 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electronics such as 61LJ21000M equipment made by Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM81 made by Ems as well as the popular A16B2203008001A original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DST101 by Dynisco and 61LJ21000M spares by Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
