Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Controlled Power Company BC-819-U0-9B-6D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Courion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooperheat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Converter-Concepts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Courion such as the 3M756420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC61 manufactured by Cooperheat and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooperheat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WI60181 by Manufacturer Converter-Concepts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Crown Brand 1070200R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crestron such as MPCM5W equipment made by Crestron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crestron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crestron" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 541605 by Cooper and MPCM5W spares by Crestron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 103931 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crown.
