Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F691302 manufactured by Cortex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cortex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82344 by Manufacturer Crouzet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Converteam Brand MPH1817G06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Controlotron such as 9942D equipment made by Controlotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Controlotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Controlotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 800301 made by Copley-Controls as well as the popular PC00661186 original spares produced by Creonics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DI500 by Controls and 9942D spares by Controlotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44010M10C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crane.
