Controls Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Controls DI-500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Controls DI-500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DI-500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DI-500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cosel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cpi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Crane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cosel such as the PMC302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21648 manufactured by Cpi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cpi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 180180NM by Manufacturer Crane as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Crouzet Brand 87618144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Converteam such as CPASA1AFA4D2C3 equipment made by Converteam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Converteam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Converteam" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CR305G104CBA made by Ge as well as the popular 2700AP10 original spares produced by Ctc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8001593A by Copley-Controls and CPASA1AFA4D2C3 spares by Converteam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECLK28 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cooper.
