Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Conveyor, Flat Belt Flat parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Copal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the 1456A6503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA400102G manufactured by Copal and we are pleased to be able to service most Copal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECN0121A3A by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cutler-Hammer Brand C0050C2FL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by C-plath such as 34740 equipment made by C-plath have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire C-plath products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "C-plath" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W200M3CFCY47 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular VMVS70 original spares produced by Cooper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 66C2056G03G05 by Cutler-Hammer and 34740 spares by C-plath are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C063723 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dadco.
