We service and repair Cosytronic HPG3 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cosytronic HPG3 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HPG3 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HPG3 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dv-Electronics such as the 5100050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1B20191165 manufactured by Danaher and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JS3M1791 by Manufacturer Crane as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Csa Brand 800001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as A13DNO equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HP58A60 made by Danaher as well as the popular MPA25SIN original spares produced by Custom-Servo-Motors
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM22CENB2C00 by Danaher and A13DNO spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
